She has also rolled out GIFFT a line of wine in partnership with Scheid Family Vineyards located in Monterey CA. In the past, Nicole C. Mullen starred in her first short film in the role of director. They co-wrote all the music for the movie. Gifford is a patron of many organizations for children such as Childhelp as well as the Association to Benefit Children. The Cassidy's House and Cody House are named in honor of her daughters. A devoted humanitarian she received an honorary degree from Marymount University for her humanitarian activities in labor relations.
